Here is a 3 minute video to give you a quick way to rescue yourself back to the NOW moment.

*Take a big breath in and hold …Now have the thought, “I am safe.”

Exhale out any busy frenetic energies.

*Another deep breath expanding your lungs … have the thought, “I am loved.”

Exhale out any nervous anxious thoughts.

* Another big breath in … have the thought, “I am healing.”

Exhale out any stories that say otherwise.

* One more big oxygenated breath in and say to yourself, “ I am here in my present and in my Now.”

Exhale and ground and centre with a normal easy breath.
