If you are vulnerable and make decisions based on fear, you may be protecting a broken hearted part of you that is buried deep inside.
How can I open up my heart in order to go forward?
This question was emailed to me recently and I wanted to answer it for you today.
First of all, if your heart is broken it is already vulnerable and wide open. So, wanting to open up your heart is going to clash with your sub-conscious. Remember that your sub-conscious is in charge of your safety. If you are scared of getting hurt again, it will close off your heart and protect you, but it is still broken open behind the protective outer layer.
This protective outer layer is not the enemy here, it is doing it’s darnedest to keep you safe from attracting more love-pain and intimacy.
If you are at a stage in your life where you are wanting to have more love and open up your heart, you will have to go and deal with the wound/s that caused the heart to break open in the earlier stage of your life. It is also important to deal with the beliefs that formed after the heartbreak or core wound.
I get that you know you want to be more open, but wanting it and having this will take deep work. When I say deep work, I don’t mean that it will take years… it can happen very quickly if you get into alignment with your broken parts. This is why you will want to work with a professional to get the energetic scars healed from the wounded heart.
If you don’t do the deep work, you may end up needing the medical doctors. Please don’t wait for your health to be the convincer that you are right about how much you got hurt in the past. Yes, we need the doctors, but they can’t get the same results if you don’t do your inner work too.
If you are ready to start doing your inner healing, please contact me and we can set up an initial 20 minute consultation.
From there, together we can get you moving forward with your desires to heal and love the second half of life.
