Are you tired of giving it away and getting no return? Does it feel like you should become a bus mechanic because you are under the bus so often? Are you finally getting that it is ‘You’ that throws you there?
Here are some tips to help you get out from under that bus!
- First And Foremost- You Must Have Awareness Of Your ‘Theme’ ~ Notice what keeps happening in the familiar painful ways. Maybe it’s not being seen and heard, maybe it’s fear of success and failure at the same time, maybe your theme is feeling like the lone wolf and nobody has your back, maybe it’s never having enough time, it could be feelings of guilt and victimhood, abandonment, betrayal, the list is endless…
- Know What You Want To Change! ~ The gods will bring you ‘vagueness’ if you don’t have clear leadership with what you want to call to yourself.
- Look at your “Theme’ in bite size pieces. ~ Break it down in chunks. If it is so big, chaotic and scary, it will put you right back under that big bus and into fight, flight, freeze mode… and you won’t be able to change anything from that point. I call this the ‘vagueness effect’… “What happens in Vagueness… stays in Vagueness.” It numbs you out to protect you, but years of this gets very expensive with vagueness equity. Take baby steps to see your ‘Theme’ from a mini perspective and practice with small awarenesses to change the small things.
- Celebrate the small wins and this will anchor in a foundational change. ~ If you can start to receive the small shifts with the baby steps, you will be strengthening your receiving muscles.
- Breathe ~ Notice what is true right now and don’t look at the past or future to find out who you are. All change happens in the ‘Now’ moment. If you want to know how to read the future, just notice what you are worrying about now and it will probably be brought to you.
Here’s a quote from George Bernard Shaw ~
PROGRESS IS IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT CHANGE,
AND THOSE WHO CANNOT CHANGE THEIR MINDS CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING.
{!firstname_fix}, here’s what I know. You CAN break through your blocks! Most try to do it on their own and fail repeatedly.
Stopping at the block doesn’t serve you, your family or the planet.
